V.L. Hotel Remarks

  • Rates are based on your period of stay. The rates are subject to change as a result of change in your arrival or departure date. The rate does not include telephone usage, laundry cost and additional service.
  • Rates are quoted in Thailand baht and is for maximum of 2 persons stay only. Additional guest requires an extra bed 400 Baht per person per night will be charged.
  • Your reservation is guaranteed on the day of arrival. In case of no-show, your room(s) will be released and you will be subjected to non-refundable condition.
  • Check-in time is from 14:00 PM onwards. A valid government issued identication or passport must be presented at check-in. Child under 18 years of age are not allowed to check in and register for a room, and must be supervised by parents.
  • Check-out time is by 12:00 AM.

Cancellation Policy

Non-Festive rate
  • Any cancellation receives within 7 days prior arrival date will incur first night’s charge. If guest fail to arrive or cancel the booking, no refund will be given.
  • Any cancellation receives more than 7 days prior arrival date, refund will be transfer back to guest’s account. Administration and banking fee will deduct from the amount to be refund.
Festive / Non-cancellation / Promotion
  • This special rate offers extra low price, cannot be amended or cancelled. In case of no-show, no refund will be given.
